This is the rehabilitation of a mouth in need of repair from dental disease, broken or missing teeth, or developmental problems. Emergency problems are dealt with before any corrective work can be planned. Part of this process will be teaching you and obtaining your committment to maintaining health once reached. The end result is not only health but usually an attractive smile also.

    The initial visit requires two appointments. The first is a Comprehensive Examination which takes about 2 hours. This gives us thoroughly detailed diagnostic records of your individual needs. It entails an oral cancer exam, TMJ exam, Bite exam, teeth exam, gum exam, radiographs, diagnostic photographs, models of your mouth, dental and medical history review , and your personal goals identified. In-between this and the second appointment Dr Urbane will review all the records. The second appointment, approximately one week after the first, will be about 1 hour duration. Your findings and options to reach your goals will be discussed with you personally and privately. We will help set your choices in sequence and priority. When all of your questions are answered future appointments will be scheduled with your approval.
